Do you have an Order Minimum?
No. From July 2013, SEOC no longer has an order minimum.

How much do you charge for Delivery?
Delivery charges are not included in our prices.
Delivery charges are based on the weight and/or cubic size, type of goods (eg DG), destination and transport method of your order.
Our Online shop will advise the delivery charge at checkout. We currently ship using either Austraila Post or TOLL.
Or, for larger orders placed over the phone or by email our Customer Service team will provide a quote before confirming your phone or email order.
SEOC reserves the right to select the Delivery carrier most appropriate to your delivery zone (additional charges may apply for special requests).
Do you have a Showroom I can visit?
SEOC no longer has a Showroom.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we now offer pick up from our Melbourne location in Hallam. Please select this option during checkout and wait for our email advising that your order is now ready for collection.
Can I contact someone if I have a question about an online order?
Yes. Our Customer Service team is available to assist you during office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm, excluding Public Holidays).
Can I shop with you if I am not a Business customer?
Yes. SEOC welcomes orders from Business and Personal-use shoppers.
Is Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) applicable to my order?
GST of 10% will be applied to all orders shipped within Australia.
I live in Australia, how quickly will I receive my order?
We currently require 3-5 business days* (from receipt of your payment) to dispatch your goods. Please be advised during SEOC sale periods lead time may be longer. We do endeavour to ship goods quicker and will always send goods ASAP according to product availability.
Once dispatched, please allow additional transport time from our warehouse to your area. Delivery time will vary subject to your location, order size and method of transport. For parcel delivery timeframes to your area please check with our Customer Service team or your local Post Office.
Tip: If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame, please alert our Customer Service Team so we can track your delivery. Please open your invoice to view your personal tracking number with either Aust Post or TOLL.

I live outside of Australia, how quickly will I receive my order?
Export orders will have delivery times estimated at the time of ordering. We will always aim to meet your requirements for delivery.
*PLEASE NOTE* Certified Organic Base Products are not available to purchase for international customers.
Please also note that items which are classified as a dangerous goods will generally have a notification as follows in the item description
*This item is classified as a Dangerous Goods - This may affect international shipping fees or local delivery options*
These items will attract a higher fee when sending internationally due to a mandatory fee charged by FedEx for these products.
How Can I Track my Order?
How often do you change your prices?
SEOC's pricing structure is based on fluctuating market prices and volumes purchased.
We update our pricing twice each year however we do reserve the right to make changes without notice.
Do you offer discounts for Business customers?
Yes. In July 2013, we introduced a new discounting structure for Business customers. (This replaces all previous discounts offered.)
Please contact us if you would like to request a quotation.
You will be required to provide us your ABN no. and an indication of the nature of your business.
Apply for your discount by contacting us for an Application Form. If don't already have an on-line account please do so via www.seoc.com.au as once your application is approved, B2B pricing will automatically be applied to all future orders..

Yes. In July 2013, we introduced a new discounting structure for Aromatherapists, Natural Therapy Practitioners and Student Practitioners. (This replaces all previous discounts offered.)
Please contact us if you would like to request a quotation.
